Description: |
seeking an experienced paralegal on a temporary basis to support the Law Department' companies Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Assignment and Delivery Practice Group at our Longacres site in Renton, Washington. Duties include providing support to Aircraft Contracts attorneys in the purchase agreement assignment process for aircraft deliveries and related financings and providing as needed general support to all areas of law handled by the BCA Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work well with supervising attorneys, internal clients, outside counsel and customers and a solid working knowledge of how to manage commercial transaction documentation, particularly handling documentation for the closing of commercial transactions. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills to manage the documentation for multiple simultaneous transactions and strong computing skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Adobe as well as the ability to learn other database programs. Candidates must be self-motivated, capable of meeting deadlines, organized and detail-oriented, and enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment. |
